4 Ways to Deal with Illegal Immigration

    Illegal immigration is one of the hottest topics in the country today. It is also one of the most important. These people who come into our country unwanted and uninvited do nothing but help to bring down this greatest nation of ours. However, the endless number of proposals to deal with this problem seem to either never happen or are grossly ineffective; but I have a simple four step plan that WILL make it infinitely more appealing to come to this country through legal means then what is presented to aliens today.

    Step one, make it absolutely illegal to in any way employ an illegal alien or an immigrant who cannot produce physical proof of his legal residency in this country. Making it illegal to hire an illegal will cut out the number one reason why people come here unlawfully, better pay for better jobs. The government should not only make hiring illegal against the law but should make it a federal offense; give employers a real reason to wish to hire Americans not “Othercans.”

    Step two, make it against the law for any banking/crediting agency or corporation to provide illegal aliens with any type of saving, checking, or credit accounts. If you take away the illegal immigrant’s way to save or spend the money they do make in this country you will make it impossible for them to live in this country. Agencies like Bank of America should be disgraced and held responsible for their actions to promote the illegal immigration of thousands into the US.

    Step three, make it impossible for illegals to obtain any type of federally or state provided financial assistance. Lou Dobbs recently reported that 36 to 42 percent of illegal immigrants are on some sort of welfare. Enough said.

    Finally step four, take the estimated 33 percent of US prisoners who are illegal aliens and send them out of our country. It doesn’t matter where they prefer to go just simply pay the three to five hundred dollars for a one way plane ticket to where ever they wish. Not only would this discourage illegal immigration into the US but it would save us huge sums of money only spending several hundred dollars for one plane ticket per person verses the 115 dollars a day it is costing for each prisoner according to the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Department.

There you have it four relatively simple steps to put a halt on the illegal immigration issue plaguing this country.
